Default code trouble

Just recently i have been having trouble with my abs/tcs

Once i start my Z and drive around then shut off the car and go to start it again, before the car starts you hear the abs like its working and the brake pedal vibrates. then the dic says service vehicle soon.
When i go into the codes it says 28-tcs no communication. then after a little while these 2 codes come up under 28 - tcs: C1248 and C1254 i cant find out what these codes mean, also i get a code under 58 - sdm : U1040. Now if i leave the car for 10 - 15 min no more problems. has this happened to anyone if so what was the problem?

Looks like a problem with the traction control.

28-TCS - Traction Control System
