QTEC X pipe does!
They might just sell an X pipe without the cutouts. The Borla and Corsa look the same but are just lacking a length of pipe in the middle where the cats go.

They make a slip on x-pipe that will weld to your original center section (after cutting out catalyst), or with all the aftermarkets that have the same on center dimension. If using something different for center section they will make custom for you probably at no additional cost. They do not make poser X-pipes like all the above mentioned manufacturers.
