Default seat bladder question

I have had my car stored for a couple of months (winter) and when I went to start it last night, it started right up .. Yeah!

But then I was playing with the seat and I notice my Lumbar support no longer works, I can hear the pump running but the Bladder never fills with air.

All the other seat functions work and all the other air bladders work.

What could of cause this to happen, the car has been sitting and was not used, and when I stored the car for the winter the seat bladder worked fine.

Could the air hose have pop'ed off the bladder? What is the typical cause of this failure.

thanks

Good question. I'd like to know why also. Mine went out mysteriously too. The dealership replaced under warranty. I never did ask what the cause was. I'm wondewring how common this problem is

I had the opposite problem with mine. The battery went dead while the car was unused for a few days. I dis-connected the battery and charged it. When I hooked it back up and started the car, I could hear something running under the seat. It turned out to be the lumber air pump. I started taking the side trim off to get to the switches and it stopped. I imagine it is only a matter of time befor it happens again.
