Fog Light Switch?

I just got the Piaa 1100 for my Z. Now I need to find the stock fog light switch for the car. Where and who has the best deal on these.

is the wiring to the switch the same for cars that did not come with fog lights?
i pulled the trunk switch in my car and there's only one plug for the one button.
when you have the 2 button switch for the trunk and the fogs, is it still controlled with the 1 wiring plug or do you need to pull a wire from the fuse box?

On my 99, I could not get the fog light/hatch release switch to work, so I used the stock PIAA switch mounted next to the hatch release switch. The plus to the stock switch is that I can turn the fog lights on with any other light combination...
