Default release bearing same as throw out bearing?

Is the release bearing the same as the throw out bearing? I am trying to figure out if I already have the throw out bearing with the parts I ordered. Clutch kit, slave cylinder, and main cylinder. In the mannual the release bearing is on the main cylinder. I am assuming this is the throw out beariong.

It should be part number 14061685. At least that is what was used on my C5.
