when i replace the battery in my fob, do i have to "train" through the dic, or do i just "resynchronize" by standing by the driver's door and holding the lock and unlock for 15 (?) seconds (and the horn should beep) (the way i read the manual, it should be "resynchronize", but i've read so many posts that i've confused myself...i'm old)

Do the "resynchronizing your transmitter" first, if that doesn't work then do the "matching transmitter(s) to your vehicle".
