You'll mount it in front of the AC condensor and splice into the line at the top of the radiator. The idea is to run the fluid thru the radiator first then cool it down with your new unit. The hard part is topping up the tranny fluid. Why, you ask? Well you need to lift the whole car up and level, start the car and bring it to 90-110 degrees temp "on the tranny fluid temp" not the coolant temp and squirt the fluid in thru a check/fill hole(21 or 22mm box end wrench needed) on the side of the tranny oil pan 5" from the very hot exhaust. Before you check the fluid level, you need to run the tranny thru the gears once it's up to temp. Keep your foot on the brake pedal!!!
