express down causes window to bottom out

Default express down causes window to bottom out
When lowering the drivers window in my 99, the express down feature causes window to bottom out hard as if preset travel was too great.Any ideas or hints for a fix before I take the door apart?? Thanks

My '01 Z06 is doing that too. Hmm, might have to mention it to the techs when it goes into the shop next.
