Not sure what "hum" is exactly. Vibration on the door panel somewhere, or does the speaker make the noise?
If the door vibrates, there is a lot of loose stuff inside these door panels that can be snugged up that vibrates when the woofs hit lows.
If the speaker is humming, you may have a loose connection at the speaker, bad ground in the wiring harness, or the head unit.
