You got my vote for DTE. I've got one and I researched both of them. DTE is just built better.

Im looking at your DTE install page. Many steps in your process were unessecary. The rear K-member comes down a lot easier than that.

And no im not talking about the bottle opening steps, I like those too!

My vote goes to DTE, mine is being installed as we speak along with a DTE stage II 4.10 diff. I looked at both braces and IMO DTE's appears to provide more support (not bashing RPM). Either way you go, DTE or RPM you won't go wrong.

A few hundred passes on my car (on sticky tires/5k+ launches) with the RPM unit and no breakage. So I've got a unit that works AND is several pounds lighter.

Yep, both apparently are very good products. I will say that just looking at the RPM design, it seems much simpler, which should equate to an easier install. But who am I to talk about wrenching anything anyway, right ECS?

I have the RPM but both will do the job. RPM are good people also, you won't regret dealing with them.

I am always talking to the guys (and gal ) over at RPM. I would have heard about any failures. I don't know 100% for sure, but I would bet there haven't been any.

well i went with the DTE brace it just looks stronger to me, i mean the RPM brace might be all that i need, but i tend to break things that usually dont break, so i want all the insurance i can get, plus the RPM brace is 30 dollars more, for less of a product doesnt make sense to me

To clarify, I think (hope) you mean 30 dollars more for less total metal - not for less of a product.

That's surprising that the RPM brace is more expensive than the DTE brace. I wonder what the rationale behind that is.

You get what you pay for?
J/k
I don't know. Why is there $100 difference in fares between airlines from DFW to Orlando? (I recently went through that.)

Some airlines are able to offer a better rate based on cargo business offsetting the cost of the flight. Also time of day and day of week is a big factor. Perhaps one of the airlines has a hub in Orlando. Etc, etc.
