Default Any Tips on Changing Front Wheel Hubs...

While replacing the rotors, pads and painting the claipers Saturday on my 98 I noticed the front wheel bearing were shot. I put it back together, ordered the parts and I now have 2 new hubs on the way.

Any tips or issues in changing them out. I noticed the bottom ball joint stud and nut is in the way of one of the bolts. Looks like the A arm will have to dropped to get this stud and nut out of the way to get to the hub bolt.
Being a C3 guy, also, I usually "tap" the spindle with a hammer (with the ball joint nut backed off) to separate the A arm and the spindle. Will this hurt the C5's alloy spindles?
Just wondered if there are other surprises....thanks
Mark

Jake posted a very good how-to on the bearing/hub replacement.

Installed a pair of hubs tonight. Thanks to the post by "Jake" it was a piece of cake Took about 2 1/2 hours for both sides. The only thing different that I did was NOT remove the tie rod ends....didn't have to.
