resetting oil life..??

Default resetting oil life..??
hi gang...how do u reset the oil life/range thing on the DIC???
yes, i did the search..(came up with things that didnt apply)...
bought it used..no manual...

Probably just have to select it and hold the reset button down. I haven't reset it yet so i'm not sure.

turn ignition key to the on position. (Don't start engine) press accelerator to the floor 3 times. You can also clear it on the DIC by going to oil life remaining and then press the reset button for 5 seconds.

Ive gone to the DIC and went ot oil life remaining and held the reset button for 5 seconds and it works
