Default Tune-up anyone?

My 99 FRC LS-1 (95000 miles) needs a tune-up real bad. She idling very rough so I think it's that time. This being my first tune-up, I was hoping to get some advice on how to go about doing it. Thanks for any help in advance.

Make sure you don't try to loosen the plugs unless the engine is COLD .

I would change out the fuel filter it's at the back of the car under the exhaust driver side. NGK TR 55 plugs and wires and do you O2 sensors

I have 98 coupe with 85,000 miles....just did a tune up with AC Irridium Plugs (pre-gaped at .40), new wires, cleaned and recharged the the air filters and 1 bottle of Chevron Techron injector cleaner in the tank....TOTALLY DIFFERENT CAR...smooth idle , more responsive in the low and mid range.....
Contrary to what GM says "100,000 mile between tune ups" these cars sholud be tuned every 50 to 60,000 miles for optimun performance

I believe in annual tuneups, even if you just do visual checks instead of replacing parts preemptively. Same with a boat and same with an airplane.

It's good to check the plugs, change the engine oil, change the ProCharger oil, make sure all of the fluids are good, hoses are tight, etc, etc..
