How do I know if I have CLB
I just bought my 1st vette. It's a 1999 6spd. The previous owner had the 1st recall done but not the 2nd (reflash of the computer). He thinks they installed the CLB but not certain. How do I know if it has been done? Is there a box or something I would be able to see? If so where would it be? Thanks in advace for your help.

Does your steering wheel turn with the ignition off? If it does then IMHO the CLB is already installed. If it does NOT turn, then the lock is still being engaged when you shut the ignition off. Column Lock Failure strikes without warning, quite often!!! If I bought another '99 to 2003 c5, I would install the CLB as soon as I could! 
My wheel does not move with the key off. I just ordered the CLB from Thunder Racing. Thanks again.
