Just wondering what the compression numbers are supposed to look like on our LS1's. I'm thinking of checking mine - I try to check it on all of my vehicles. The motor seems to run fine, just a little lumpy at idle...
nope, extremely powerful and very very little oil consumption. With that said, I'll be you're going to tell me that my motor is fine.... Probably is and maybe I should double up on my OCD medication...... Oh I see an Evo in your avatar picture! I'm curious, have you raced it at all? I'm wondering how the Evo compares to Vette performance....

lol, of course we raced. That is my vette on the left and the evo is my college buddy's car. I've been working him to get rid of the ricer and step up to a smallblock. He was telling me the other day how awesome vette's look so I think we are getting there.
Anyway, I don't know if he can't drive it or if they are just slow because I killed him. I think with the 4 wheel drive they are very tricky to hookup or my buddy sucks at driving it, which is kinda scary seeing how he is a helo pilot in the 82nd Airborne. It is quick for a 4 banger though and looks pretty cool until it is next to a vette.
