P 0856 code help

P 0856 code help
It is not on my list, but I get this code once every couple weeks, usually on a cold day. I don't notice any other particular circumstances that throw this code.
I do have 2 other traction control codes that are going to be resolved by my tuner, and I don't think they are related.
I think it relates to the coolant temp sensor?
Any ideas as to why this is recurring and intermittent?

I'll mention that to my tuner when they correct the other ah/tc issues.
