Default oxygen sensor problems

to start, my car is not stock. it has intake, headers, gears, etc...
For about 6 months it has been giving codes for the left and right O2 sensors. I researched and finally decided to swap out the OEMs with some Densos. Cleared all codes, and took her out. No problem for about 25-30 miles, then the codes came back. Now it is the same problem, drive for a few miles and the Check engine light comes on, i check the codes, and they are the sensors again?!
What gives? What else do I need to check? I feel i wasted my $$$ which incorrectly fixed a problem.

Which codes are you getting? I have a similar setup and keep getting P0140. I think this is caused by the O2 sensor location in the headers. The only way that I know of to correct the problem is to have a tuner remove the code. The car runs great btw. Good luck.

Just edit the rear 02s out and be done with it.
