Need Help with Engine Mods

Down to LPE or Mallett for my mods. Head & Cam package 470-500hp ANYBODY thats had these done? LPE told me their 500 package won't pass emissions?

I've got what LPE proposed to me as a 480 hp package using ls1 heads rather than ls6. The car developes the power in my sig, however I think if you live in a State like California it would be illegal. The package is awesome and LPE does a terrific job and delivers as promised.

The combo (see sig) on mine passed CA smog with ease.
