Brake & Suspension Setups. How too.
There have been a lot questions about how to set-up a brakes and suspension to go fast. There is a really good twelve page how-to article in, "Vette," magazine. Much of the article information is relavent to stock daily driven C5/Z06. In other words, stuff you can do without breaking the bank. They also give the acutual specs that you can use in the real world.
Anyone interested in this subject, should read it. The project car in the article is, "The Cancer Research," 2001 Z06. The car is being setup again this year for, "Road America." The old, "Cannonball Run." This is race of races, folks, at 1,000 miles a day for 5,000+ miles. Dan Corcoran is the owner, driver and builder. He drives the car with his son as Co-Driver. I believe this will be his 15th year doing this.

Gee, if I didn't know better, this sounds like Grim Reaper from z06vette.com...
The July '05 issue of VETTE Magazine, due in about 4 weeks, will also cover the ACP Widebody install, as well as the myriad logistical commotions of putting something like this beast together, when travelling back-'n-forth, twice, from ACP in Pennsylvania, in snowstorms, to Lingenfelter's in Indiana, all on deadlines...
