Problem Getting Rid of SVS

Cannot get rid of message "Service Vehicle Soon".Following codes listed:
B2852 HC-relates to telescopic steering wheel.
Other codes are history,but keep comming back after resetting and driving a few miles:
1281H
1288H
U1096H
U1016H
99 cpe A4
Any help/ideas will be most welcome.
