codes thrown are?
It recently began with "service engine soon" and the traction control and ABS lights stay on in the speedometer?
It does disable the traction control, my guess is also the ABS.
I just turned 61k or so.
I ran the diagnostic routine and came up with
U1096 H loss of com. with IPC
U1064 " " " " BCM
U1016 " " " " PCM
C2120 TPM system malfuction (no sensors received)
I am at a loss with what this means. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I do not wish to take it back to the dealer, not after they rang me up for $461 for the replacement of the oil pres. sensor.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hmmnnnnn....
I wonder.
It may have something to do with your modifications.
Did you say you didn't put the sensors back, on a car that is set up for sensors?
Hmmmnnnnnnnn....
"loss of comm"
"loss of comm"
"loss of comm"
Three errors like that?
I wonder what the are trying to communicate with -- what could be missing????
Hmmmnnnnnnn.......

The only way to eliminate the C2120 code is to have the BCM flashed to eliminate the TPM system or install the sensors back into the wheels.
