Default Got 12's now i need more.

Im wondering exactly what to expect by switching from my 2.73 to a 3.42 and around a 2800 stall.Now im slightly modded (intake exhaust programmer) and hit a 12.97 and i want to be deeper into the twelves.How much do you guys think i will shave with this combo?Thanks in advance!

Thanks!Is that the package (3.42 and pro torque stall) that west coast corvette sells for 2200 bucks?Also how much should i expect to pay to have it all put in?Thanks again!

I believe that it is the package that WCC sells

Though I put it together myself. Bought the differential from Ken Ficthner and the torque converter from a forum member.

Expect to pay $500-$700 in labor, depending on where you live.

Nothing like a strong running car with bolt-ons. I would use a 3200 converter. Check my signature

Take 16 Again's advice. I have had a Pro Torque converter in my car, the Yank SS3200 is a better converter.

I second it ...see sig 3200(2.5str) very street friendly. IMHO that gear change might drop 2 tenths Most people do it while they are in there. Converter will give you the most bang for the buck hands down!!
