Baer Tie Rod Ends
Has anyone used the Baer zero bump steer adjustable tie rod ends. I am concerned with longevity since they are using a heim joint. Baer products are usually very high quality.

If you're concerned about longevity, get tie rods from VBP. The Baer setup is more for those that have lowered and tracked C5's. Not everyone needs it, but if needed, it'll likely cost a few hundreds bucks to get installed at the alignment shop....and it'll almost certainly have to be a race shop. For them to be adjusted properly, your springs, and probably the shocks too, will have to be removed. The shop will have to move suspension thru it's range of motion and continually adjust it until zero (or close) bump steer is attained. It's neither quick nor easy. If you're on the East coast, you should contact Joe Aquilate (sp?) at Phoenix Performance. He sets up the fastest T1 cars...the Heinrocket drives a Phoenix car if that tells you anything!
