Rear Sping Bushing Replacement HELP!

Rear Sping Bushing Replacement HELP!
30k on the vert. Just got my car up on a lift and noticed that the right rear bushing in the spring and the one in the frame are beat and need to be replaced. Has anyone replaced these and how big of a pain in the A$$ is it to do. It looks pretty straing forward. Do you have to remove the spring to replace the bushings?

There's a single bushing that's molded around the spring where it meets the frame and then a bracket that bolts around that. Do you mean this bushing?
On my new springs they were cemented on pretty well...I'm not sure if they are intended to be replaced.
With 30k I may suggest taking it to the dealer. If they are shot it may be easier to have them replace (if those are the bushings you're talking about).
