fuel DIC

sometimes my gas gauge for the DIC says low for the range, after a full fill up. I am thinking its the sensor going bad and if its an easy fix

You either need to reset the AVE MPG or drive around alittle. Also do you fuel up with the car off? The car needs to be cycled on/off for the range to reset also.

Aaaand, because I'm not sure exactly what gauge you're talking about, IF it's the gas gauge go out and buy a couple bottles of techron fuel system cleaner. Add this to the bottom of the tank for two tanks and your fuel gauge will work normally again. No joke, don't go replacing the sending units just yet!
