I see people have gone through the wheel well or taken the headlight bezel off... what's the best procedure here please?
Did it yesterday. It took no time. The hardest part was holding the socket with one hand and reaching it with the other hand with the bulb.
Ended up holding the socket with long pliers so my hand could fit.
I did mine by taking the headlight bezel off and then squeezing my arm down in the small space. I ended up with a bunch of scatches and some blood. Wouldn't be the first time I drew blood working on my car.
I got smart when I changed the other side. I took the headlight bezel off, and had my girlfriend reach in and pull the bulb. No scratches, no fights, All Good. Took less than 10 minutes.

My wife refused to help. My forearms are all bruised to hell today.
Bob, I usually go thru the front brake ducts. They easily push out of the way, and if you're arms are slender enough, you can change the bulb out in about a minute or two. It's so quick and easy that I usually do it while I'm still at Autozone. I've also used the brake duct for retrieving dropped screws and tools...doh!
