Rear-end gears?
On a daily driven Z06 with around 450 rwhp, what would be the best gear ratio for driveability, economy, performance, etc.?

M6 or A4
you'll get a thousand answers but 4.10's on the M6 seem to be a common choice and something closer to 3.73 for the A4

3.42s with auto or 6speed. If it is a Z06, it shouldn't have an A4 unless you swapped it.

With around 450 rwhp, what would the top speed of the car be decreased to with 4.10:1 gears?

Not enough to matter
Unless your car is capable of red-lining it in 6th now (which is an absolutly ridiculous speed) you won't notice much of a change IMO. I think it'll be about the same

Keep in mind that the Z06 has the M12 tranny, which is like a MN6 with a 3.90 gear already in first.

Stock,
If you have 450 RWHP with a 4.10:1 final drive ratio and a MN6 trans in 6th gear you should approach 185 mph.
