Default Dtc 1217

My y2k mn6 vert in the middle of a nice ride Sunday started showing the service the traction control, service ABS and service active handling. The current DTC is a 1217 "BPMV (Brake pressure modulating valve) pump motor relay contact open". My question is this. Is this relay a integral piece of this BPMV or can I buy this relay separately and replace it. This is when I should have spent the $150 for the service manuals.

PS. There are two more codes concerning the BPMV which are ok.

Thank you all in advance
Noe

The BPMV "brake pressure modulating valve" is part of the EBCM "electronic brake control module" and the BPMV can be replaced seperately from the EBCM but the relay contact is internal to the unit and must be replaced with it.

Either way you need to get a good service manual to describe the process, heres a set for $115: Service manual

Thank you for the link. Manuals are on the way. That module has dealership under warranty written all over it. It sure gets squirrelly without the AH
