Z06 Exhaust Question
Does anyone know if the stock catalytic converters on the C5 Z06 have a different design or increased flow over the stock cats on the coupe? Would installing a Z06 H-pipe make any difference?

The 2002 Z06 cats were an improvement over the 2001 Z06 4 cat system. The 2002 and later Z06 uses only 2 cats. I'm not sure if the new design 2002 cats ever made it over to the non-Z06 models. If not or you have a pre 2002 car the 2002 and later Z06 cats will be a big improvement. -Bob

I thought I did that - will check
I bought a 03 coupe with A4 in February (13,000 miles) and love it. Its my first vette.
Have put a blackwing intake and Corsa Touring exhaust on and really like the difference they made. Thinking about headers and X-pipe next.
Thanks for mentioning the lack of info - thought it was taken care of.
