Question after full exhaust install

Question after full exhaust install
I noticed a very slight miss at idle and there is definitely a miss at 3k plus when I get on it. Is this a computer issue that would be fixed with the dyno tune? Or did I not seat a damn plug wire incorrectly? I triple checked the wires but I guess its possible I could of goofed one. 
Other than that, the car sounds sweet!

That's what I though as well. I must have a bad seated wire or maybe a cracked plug. 
I checked all the TR55 plugs, gapped at .55 and torqued to the specs on the box. Brand new MSD wires.

Double check the routing of the O2 sensors. Check the instructions as many guys have got this crossed up on thier install and had misses.

It was a plug wire. I took each one off and put them back and it cured the problem. Will be on dyno tomorrow at 3:00!
