Yes it will. Most of the conversions reflect the milage on the new cluster, i belive some progaming may need to occur for it to reflect the actual milage from the PCM, At least this is what i read on another post

Cluster Swap!
Your mileage is stored in the clusters main circut boards microchip."middle of picture 2" you can easily swap your circut board with another board, Hud or non hud clusters are interchangeable, the differance being on the circut board itself. you can even swap out gauges from one cluster to another. Most places will charge you 150-200 bucks to reprogram your mileage which is a rip off. see pictures here. All you need to do is unscrew a few screws and snap the cluster apart. It is very easy.
