Euro headlights problems

Need help: Euro headlights problems
Did a search and came up with nothing so here goes. Just installed the Euro headlamps package (Euro spec lamps, PIAA 90/135W H4 bulbs and the upgraded wiring harness) and now I have a bit of a problem. My lights come on but it appears that its the high beams only. Also, every time I try and turn on the high beams my headlights turn off. As soon as I switch off the hi-beams, the lights come back on. Any ideas?
Checked the relays and both 'click on' when the lights are turned on....
