Thinking about having my vert lowered on the stock bolts. Is $75 dollars from a local shop to much? Also is there anything i need to be concerned with? Alignment etc? I have stock wagon wheels and run flats, are there any clearence issues? Thanks for any feedback.
Thanks. Did you notice any positive or negatives in handling?
Handling will be improved. The car may not appear to be much lower until you put about 50 miles of driving on it. Drive it for a couple of hundred miles to let it settle in before you get the alignment.
Whatever an hour's labor rate is, is a fair price. But it is so easily done yourself, if you paid it then saw someone do it, you would curse yourself! Just like my short shifter, I wish I had done this one right off when I got the car. Just make sure to get them both equal side to side, and take it in for a 4 wheel alignment after 100-200 miles.

I just lowered the rear this am and put on a couple hundred miles to let 'er settle.
I lowered the front about 2 weeks ago and could feel a pretty big difference, especially going up into driveways or parking lots, you can scrape fairly easy.
After lowering the back this morning it felt a lot stiffer (seemed to even the ride and lower the rake a bit more too), especially in the rear. Took a few hairy turns and it felt a lot tighter. Just lowering on stock bolts doesn't drop it a lot, but made a fairly big difference to me. No more 4x4 look either. Go for it, you'll enjoy it and if you don't like it, you can always adjust it back to stock. I'd recommend that you don't cut any bushings on the first go out, just adjust the bolts and see if you like it.
