Default new tire advice

sorry if this is a repeat. i 'm replacing rear tires on my '00 coupe. have been using f1 emt's . however, i am selling the car (to buy c6) as soon as new tires are installed. (yeah- i did not replace all four at the same time - front have 7K miles). anyway- tire rack is selling (including ship) f1's for $555; 2 f1 emt's for $745 and FOUR kumho ECSTA ASX all year W rated for $543. i am tempted to get the kumho's to have all new rubber for re-sale since price is same as 2 f1 non-emt and a lot less than 2 emt's. tire rack gives the ASX 4 stars inpart due to all year use . anyone have comment/advice as to what they would do? i used other than goodyear on the c4 but have had GY emt's on the c4 and c5. am i "lessening" the car if i go with the kumho's or are they simply a good deal? thanks for your reply...bob

That's a hard question to answer as some of your potential buyers may love kuhmos and some will detest them. However, putting new tires on period is a good thing instead of selling a car with worn out ones. Go with your gut.
