Default i have 675 hp and cant get grip with nitto drag radials what should i do

i have a 04 c5 with a ati blower 8psi, cam set, torque converter and exhaust, i have about 675 hp and i have nitto drag radials on know and i can not stop spinning. what tires can i get that i can drive on the road or the track that will keep me from spinning. i have the tires at 19psi now should i lower that to race. i can go at 50 and punch it and i wil spin. i need help

If that is 675 RWHP I think the only thing you could run and not spin is an actual drag slick, not a drag radial. From a standing start if you do not want to spin you will probably need to tub and go very wide. Sounds like a very fast car. I hope you have the drive line beefed up because once you hook up you are going to be putting some serious stress on the vehicle.
