I'm running Cartek's 236/242/112. Good (not perfect) street manners, 528 RWHP, 520 RWT with an LS6 intake, 78mm TB.

I just sold my 427 C5R ROadster A4 that i owned for several years with almost an identical set up as your running. You have a killer car there my friend and enjoy!!!!!!!! I ran and was very happy with MTIs somewhat aggressive street/strip battled tested S1 cam with specs of 244/244, .612 lift on a 112 lsa. The car was a BEAST and had a nice shake to it on the street but was still very streetable with my 4000 Yank Stall converter and 3.73 gears!!!!!!!!! As many guys are running cams at least this big on stock cubed motors I would not recommend running anything smaller than this as the big cubes and your stall will absorb this cam no problem (even through your A4 tranny). I feel the S1 cam i ran as stated above was perfect for street use and occasional track use as it made great power and was still bery streetable (will not die on the street with proper tuning, etc.) If you want something more radical I would call some of the big named tuners and tell them what your objectives and usage for the ar will be and that engine could easily handle a cam with specs in the range of 248/252 on a .6+ lift ona 112 lsa!!!
