High flow cats, unless you like the odor of gas at idle. There is very little difference in performance between no cats and good high-flow cats like Random Technology makes.

Go with the cars unless you live in a rural area and enjoy the smell of raw exhaust fumes.
I learned this the hard way.

Don't go without cats! The smell of the exhaust is putrid without them.

Go with Hi-hlows. The ones that come with the Dynatech's you can see through. Not very restrictive at all.

Same is true for the Random Tech cats that come with the LGM headers. Definitely go with cats.
