Default telescopic steering

hey guys new to the board and a new corvette owner..

2001, telescopic steering is not working and ive tried the pull 6x method. However, as stated in an earlier thread I looked at blue plugs under the seat. I have one blue plug that is out and not connected to anything and exposed with the teeth or prongs. There is another set of blue plugs that are connected together. Is this right? Also, the easy entry/exit seat has also stopped working. When I open the door I just get a slight motorized grunt and thats it. Any ideas of what might be wrong with the telescopic steering/seat and the cost to fix?

thanks for your help, you guys are great.

Joe

Do you have a pair of harnesses that are not currently connected? Thats what mine looked like. Plugged them in, tie wrapped around both connectors, and everything worked. Don't know about the grunting seat. Do the power adjusters work normally?

Default telescopic

I have one blue harness which is unconnected but don't see anything it would attach to. So this stray blue harness is probably my problem?
