Help.... Got water dripping behind passinger floor access..

Help.... Got water dripping behind passinger floor access..
Now... I just washed the car... went for a drive... The turn signals went flashing really fast... both sides... then slowed down to normal again... Then got the "Traction Control off"... I pushed the button ..and it does nothing... I re-started the car.. It said nothing about traction control... but button still does nothing...
Ok where do I start? Why is there water behind the passinger floor compartment?...It was dripping from above and the wires are all wet..
Any help would be great...

Crap....did you unplug it and see if there is water in the plugs..I thought most of those units are sealed and it should take more than dripping water to kill it...might wanna hit it with a hair dryer and see if you can dry it out a bit...
