You can buy the blackwing recharge kit from some of the vendors here such as Corvette garage, west coast corvette, etc. or from Mid america.
Do a search and see if the K&N recharge kit can be used. I could have sworn that in past threads, they advised NOT to use it since it'll damage the blackwing air filter.

The K&N recharge oil is supposed to be incompatible with the Blackwing filter media.

According to the link, the Blackwing kit is compatible with K&N filters. That tells me that the K&N is probably compatible with the black wing. I'm willing to bet they use the same oil, just packaged differently. I've used the K&N recharge kit on my Blackwing and on my friend's blackwing in his '00 Coupe since it was new. I haven't seen a problem on either car.
