Default Problems with ABS/Traction Control

My ABS and Traction Control warning lights recently came up. I took the car to the dealership to see what was wrong and they said I need a new module (9367071) $436 and F-Valve (12530740) $1696. Do yall know what these are and what might've caused this? As you can see the price scared me off so I decided to hold off on the repairs. I played around under the hood and noticed that I simply had a blown fuse and replaced that and the lights went off. So I then was under the impression the dealership was trying to rip me off!!! However, not long after that the lights came back on and the new fuse was still fine. I'd appreciate any help because I'm kind of confused at what this is and why it happened. Thanks.

Do you know which fuse you replaced?

Mine warning lights have come back on after going away for some time after I disconnected each plug in the the hubs and cleaned the connectors with some electrical cleaner. Now I think I've got a different problem as I'm getting a short or open circuit to one of the hubs.

Seems this is almost too common of a problem....
