I'm getting these codes...
C2100 Left Front TPM Sensor Malfunction
C2105 Right Front TPM Sensor Malfunction
C2115 Left Rear TPM Sensor Malfunction
What are these?

First check and see if you're getting an accurate tire pressure reading. Do you have aftermarket wheels and tires? Do you have steel braided lines? It looks as if the PCM is not picking up the signal from the sensor themselves. But thats just a guess.

What year is your C5? It could be an indication that the TPS (Tire Pressure Sensors) batteries are failing. They are not replacable, (ok some insist they are), but a new TPS will run somewhere between $60 and $110. Contact Fred Beans for replacement TPS. You'll have to have each tire unmounted as the TPS is integrated with the tire air fill valve.
