Which can be caused by a few things, including the air pump...I get this code about 2x a month. Everyone I have talked to so far has just told me not to worry about it. One day when I really get bored, I might go get it fix...
Since you have sims, the only thing that can cause this, is a faulty sim.
Since the rear 02 wiring harness crosses in the tunnel, it should the sim connected to the right side harness...the one by the starter.
I had a bad sim on my car for a while...and consistently threw the P0160 code (same problem, but the left side sim). Replaced it a couple months ago and no codes since.

sim = 02 simulator. A small electronic module that connects to the rear sensor wiring harness (instead of the sensors) to replicate the signal of functioning rear 02 sensors.
Since the sole purpose of the rear 02 sensors is to provide a yes/no indication that the cats are functioning properly...if you remove the cats, you need these, or you'll throw codes,
.
In the case of LG headers, there are no provisions for the rear 02 sensors, so with or without cats...you still need the sims.
They look like this:
As an alternative to sims...the rear 02 sensors can also be edited out of the PCM program with LS1-Edit or other full-featured programmer.
