As far as I know they all come from the same source. I know there is a patent on them.
Who makes them? When I bought my speedbleeders, I only knew of Speedbleeder.com, then I found out Russell has them, and now Earls. FWIW, I'm somewhat happy with my speedbleeders, but I'd be happier if the rubber cap had a leash like the OEM bleeder.
