HELP - Exhaust flange came off

HELP - Exhaust flange came off
Last night my C5 suddenly became very loud 
At first I thought the flange to the muffler had separated from the flange that is right after the cat.
Looking underneath I can see that the flange, that is right after the cat, has pulled away from the pipe that we used to call the head pipe before cats came on cars
I can see that flange firmly attached to the flange that goes to my Corsa's but no longer connected to the head pipe
So I have no problem with the Corsa supplied hardware but one of the Chevy installed flanges has apparently pulled away from what should be some 7 to 9 inches of welding bead
Has anyone else had this problem
I couldn't find anything in this section with SEARCH.
I only have about 27K on my C5 and can't believe this happened and now wonder if there could have been some welding problems on some C5's and if their might be any TSB's out there on this situation.
I'm going to rig up some temporary connection to hold it all together and take it to my dealer to see what they have to say.
