From: Los Angeles, CA.... I know a guy who has a Lambo with Corvette doors
Had my car corner weighed, some ??s
While out at the track on Sun I took advantage of the scales they setup for tech. Because the scales were not on a perfectly level surface, the accuracy might be off a little.
First, total weight was 3344. I guess that's about right cuz I was sitting in it(I'm 200) & had about 3/4 tank of gas. Anyone else with a stock Z06 have any comparison figures?
Corners were: RF 887, LF 860, RR 752, LR 845. So the RR is like 100 lbs light , why might this be?? Again any other comparison figures from others?
Maybe cause you were sitting in the left front. I think that the opposite corner from the one you're sitting in is effected when you add weight to one end.

Thanks.
Give Andy (A&A Corvettes) a call. I know they just got corner weighting equuipment.
To use with any accuracy, the car must be on a level surface. For autocrossing/road racing you set the toe and camber and then crossweights. IF the course is basically clockwise, you would want 50+ % of weight on the RF/LR axis, and less then 50% for a counter clockwise course. For drag racing, I could only guess you would want more weight over the RR for traction.
Using the ride height adjusters you would increase the RR or decrease LR to get the correct weights.
