Turn Signal Flasher?
Where is the flasher box realy? I can feel it clicking somewhere behind emergency flasher button. How much does it cost? How hard to replace? Mine seems to be sticking.

electrical issues
I'm having electrical issues with my 99. This thread seemed similar. Maybe Ya'll can suggest something because the dealer mechanics are at a loss. Left turn signal flashes 2x faster than right. Gas tank release won't pop the door. Sometimes DIC shows wild fluctuation with voltage for no apparent reason (11-16). Headlights dim and brighten on idle. Have replaced battery 2x. This voltage thing seems to happen if I don't drive it for a day or two. So, are these related problems? Any suggestions, ideas? I'm going back to dealer mechanic tomorrow.

turn signal - bulb out
gas tank release - switch, fuse or relay
voltage - alternator
