license plate frame removal
Just purchased a 5oth anniversary vert 
and I need to send the plates to the previous owner, their is a black plastic frame around the plate. How do I get the plastic frame off without breaking the frame?????

Give it a squeeze on the side piece between your fingertips about an inch down from the top while pulling out. It has four tabs that pop out on the sides to lock it in place. You can also insert a screw driver under it and lightly apply pressure while you give it the ole squeeze.
