Anyone done this? It seems like it would be pretty straight forward, but I want to be sure.
Anything special need to be done? Any bleeding of the system etc. after install or will the pump just fill everything back up (assuming I keep the resevoir topped off).

Sorry can not help you but I was wondering. Do you road race the car? What is the need for a power steering cooler?
Yes I do track the car quite often (not an actual race), that is why I've gotten the cooler. I haven't had a problem yet...but it's slowly getting hotter down here in Texas...
I don't understand why GM doesn't supply this with every vette. After looking at the mount location, the FE1 system has a loop of hardline, mounted in the same location. The cooler looks like the exact same loop of hardline with vanes attached to supply more surface area for cooling. It looks like a 1 to 1 replacement with vanes on one...
