How difficult is this harness to install? Does it require the drivetrain and DS fuel tank to be dropped?

The harness is very easy to install and does not require you to drop the fuel tank, exhaust or transaxle.

The only panel that must be removed is the DS rear wheel well cover in order to access the factory FSU connector. The average person should be able to install the harness is an hour or less. There is no cutting or modifications to the vehicle structure required.

Will this work on a 2002 with the higher output walbro pump thet Magnuson uses. Why is it listed for 03-04 only???

The connections on the 03-05 Vettes are different.
The 1997-2002 C5's with the side-loaded fuel module require this harness:

late 03-05 use different tanks, the pump/sender is at the top of the tank instead of the bottom rear

Will this take care of the fuel issues on the 03-04 supercharged cars that want to run 650 rwhp, without spending 2k to switch over to the older systems?

Some customers have made it to that HP level but they have had to upgrade the pump and harness and use a booster. We have a solution for the 03-04 pumps. You must get the pump fitted into your fuel module by Thunder Racing. They have done a number of these already with great success.
